Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in brand-new condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
